3M 8810 thermoconductive double-sided adhesives are designed to optimally transfer the heat generated by the components to the heat sinks or to other cooling devices (fans, heat diffusers or other).
3M thermal conductive double sided tapes are composed of thermally conductive ceramic fillers capable of forming an excellent bond to many substrates, so as to create an excellent thermal interface on surfaces with simple manual pressure.
The 8805, 8810, 8815 and 8820 belts being soft allow you to conform well to uneven surfaces providing high adhesion and a good thermal interface, while the excellent chemical composition allows excellent thermal stability.
Double-sided adhesives offer excellent adhesive performance, good thermal conductivity and good electrical insulation properties.
The products are supplied on a polyester treated for ease of treatment and die-cutting.
