tesa® ACXplus 7808 Black Line is a double-sided black acrylic foam tape for mounting automotive exterior parts and trim. It provides high adhesion capability on transparent MSE coatings and plastics such as ABS and chrome-plated ABS and offers outstanding performance on PC and PMMA. Its impressive thermal shock resistance is based on a modified acrylic foam core, which ensures reliable adhesion even at extremely low temperatures. Being viscoelastic, tesa® ACXplus 7808 Black Line optimally absorbs and dissipates dynamic and static loads. This exceptional ability enables tesa® ACXplus 7808 Black Line to compensate for extreme physical stress caused by varying thermal elongation of bonded parts under varying temperature conditions. Also available in sizes 0.5 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm. Key features:
